I'm just trying to understand the life we are gifted to on this Earth, capturing moments in time that are special, perhaps moments that are not as special but nonetheless capture an essence of memory, time and space. I wish to keep connections live and vivid and for me photography can capture this in a true form.

ok there are some rules 1st. -normally to submit art you must join the group, when you are accepted into the group you must then submit your art, sometimes putting it in the designated folder yourself. to join the group go onto it's main page and look for the icon with 3 crude pixel-people and "join this group" next to it. -be careful what you submit because sometimes there is a limit to the number of "deviations" (artworks)you may submit, for example i thing the "Unknown Artists" group only allows you to submit one or two deviations A MONTH. others are more lenient
Anyway i did a quickass search and found these groups that may be of use to you through your style.

Unknown Artists group: this is really good for getting some attention, i managed to put one piece up and it got quite a fair amount of attention. [link]

this next one is for artworks that are the creme-de-la-creme of your work, they need to be utterly outstanding. if they are accepted into this group you will get an overwhelming amount of attention, unfortunately i have yet to produce such a work of art. here it is anyway: [link] i think that this pic you took ([link]) is deserving of the daily deviation award which comes with entering a piece into the gallery above, and so i sent it for a reccomendation ^_^
There are loads of galleries to find and sign up to, all you gotta do is sift through them for the ones that you deem fit for your art ^_^

P.s. since you are a photographer, i suggest you upload larger images of your work, that way they may become more popular. you can increase the resolution by going on the "edit deviation" button. hope this helps mann! Enjoy!
